Easy to install and a perfect replacement.
Perfect replacement!
Remember, the screws are accessed from the back plate with nothing else needing removal.

I now have an HTPC. Works great.
I put a 3 TB drive in this puppy and loaded it up with Debian Linux. Works perfectly. Used a displayport to HDMI cable to connect it to my TV. Only problem is the built-in displayport does not support audio. Will probably put in a graphics card that does.

Perfect fit and an excellent bargain.
Just wish I could find all the other parts I need equally easy and cheap.
