Looks good, but very hard to open/close
2 of 2 found this helpful Pro's...Looks great and a nice finish, a lot better than the hardboard cover that sat on the loft hatch before.
Very Well priced. Provides a very good airtight seal.
Cons...Very difficult to open and close due to the locking system. Cannot be opened with a pole, you need steps to manually pull it open/close. Negates the fitting of loft ladders if I still need step ladders to open the hatch. With hindsight i would have got the Timloc with the simple open and close catch.
