Hi, I received this item sealed as new but unfortunately the pump got loose (unscrewed) and more than half of the contents leaked in the box while in transit. this is not the fault of the seller since as I said the box in which received was factory sealed in plastic. After informing the seller and sending a video of this unfortunate mishap, he immediately partially refunded 50% of cost, which I think was the most fair solution.

Product was used before delivery. The box was broken and most important: the cream was expired in March 2021. I contacted seller about this problem. He (she) answered that he contacted producer they explained that it was production date. That is a lies of course. User of face cream does not care about production date but expiration date is important. Secondly, there is a notice on the box, that EXPIRATION date is printed there. So, I think that such a sellers should be out of E-bay.
