Served it's purpose
Served the purpose mounting Badger 500 1/2 HP to stainless steel sink. No instructions on whether to use cardboard/fiber gasket between insert and undermount bracket that came attached between parts of unit. Did not anticipate directions or gasket would be there, and not rubber. Likely in original instructions which I did not have. Used plumbers putty in place of questionable gasket and seems to work fine. No leaks.

Excellent response and as described. Pricey but compared to other suppliers(who are out-of-stock) it was a welcome purchase. No complaints or issues.
