Possible it could have happened during shipping I suppose. Other than that everything was exactly as depicted and functioning flawlessly. Good packing and super fast shipping. With the barrel back it always was a tight fit, to my knowledge it wasn't bent. The clearance between the barrel threads and the body is pretty slim.

Corsair quality, mediocre comfort thats expensive compared to other options out there.
Corsair quality is excellent. Headset is ok in terms of comfort. My only complaint is that the ear cushions don't breathe very well and my ears get sweaty. I don't have a big head but the headset bands are all the way out on adjustment. If you're a bigger person I'd look elsewhere for a headset. Like all other corsair products its expensive. There are lots of options in terms of headsets. Overall I'd give this headset a 7.5/10
