TV Ears user for many, many years

I bought this as a replacement for my old set that would no longer charge and was not digital. I would not be without my TV Ears!

Not up to TV Ears standards

Earphones don't seat properly in charging cradle, and also the On/Volume switch is very touchy, causing static when adjusting. I have worn out several pairs of TV Ears so I know this set is not up to par and I question whether they are new as represented.
