Didn’t really do anything for me.

I was hoping this would be able to replace Estroblock which o had been taking for my acne. Unfortunately I didn’t find this to be helpful. Estroblock pro contains over 600 mg of Dim, this is half that. I also found it made my period very dark when waking in the morning. I do drink a lot of water, so fous this strange.

Highly recommend this!

I have used this when I feel run down and when I think I’m catching a cold or flu. It is excellent and stops the symptoms and perks me back up. If you do happen to come down with a cold or flu it definitely lessens the duration and the symptoms. The people who say this is just a placebo have not tried it and do not know what they are talking about! I also use this for n friends and family to great effect - even those who don’t really believe in it!
