Makes work much easier and great for traveling!
Love the option to collapse these down for traveling. Sound is great and my meeting attendees so I am crystal clear from the microphone side as well!
Only issue is that the head band is a bit boxy so as a bald guy, a little extra space up there but if you are follically blessed - you will like not getting your hair messed up!

Great brightness and color but a little fragile
3 of them installed beautifully, 4th one came apart when I turned it to lock it in place...
