Excellent value for money. Useful for experienced cooks & those just starting out.
Lots of information on how to do things with food, great tutorials presented in short easy to see way. A must have reference book for anyone interested in cooking it is the sort of book that will be a companion for life. Some recipes may be considered a bit dated but overall well worth a space on your shelf.

Bit disappointing on content.
Nice little book bought for my grandaughter, too many of the recipes did not appeal to me or her. There were a few recipes & ideas we may use but overall looks more interesting on the outside than it is inside.
