    I am exhausted trying to get through to this seller! I originally contacted to show with photos that the parcel delivered was squashed.Inside were damaged goods.Notified them immediately.Got nothing back for a couple of days.I was then told that replacement would be sent and nothing has ever arrived! The Putty had been compromised hard and Not pliable! This is now 10 days later! The seller is now wanting all the broken stuff back so I now need to wait another week before I finally get a refund.
