Helps with my 13 year sleep problem
1 of 1 found this helpful I have suffered with Fibromyalgia now for nearly 13 years, and have probably taken every pill there is going to try and help with the sleep issues that come with it. It's an awful condition.
I wanted to try an alternative remedy, and call it coincidence, but I do seem to be sleeping so much better since having just one of these rock salt candle holders by my bedside. Within two-three days I saw a big improvement.
I would certainly recommend buying these, I'm not promising they will help everyone, but if they don't, they are beautiful to have lit in your room/house. They give out a beautiful glow, that alone is quite relaxing.
So, I would give them a go!!

Very good quality. For the price, I wasn't expecting GREAT quality. But pleasantly surprised. Would definitely recommend.
