It's ok
5 of 5 found this helpful I find the picture of the man using it and the description of heavy duty a little miss leading. Don't expect something you can really lay into. I am no boxer but I can knock it clean over with a moderately hard straight punch. That said its well made and is good fun and is heavy enough to get you fit. I would class it as a keep fit device or a very decent kids punch bag rather than a professional peice of equipment.

hidden gem
Was given one of these by a work mate, my first thought was oh great another cheap generic brick hammer............ How wrong i was these are great!! with a good weight to them and a long shaft you can get a bit of power behind your swing. They feel good in your hand. The secret part for me is the 40mm blade end I find it perfect for dressing sandstone. Had my first one for 3 months solid walling hard sandstone, its not broken just warn down a bit. Had vastly more expensive hammers that have not even seen a month out!!!
