  I picked up the bike in person and was offered help getting it into my car, which was nice. Not quite as described: wheel size and design was a bit off. I knew before buying due to photos and model. I think the description was confused with another item. Despite having to straighten a wheel and set-up the rear breaks, I consider it excellent value for money. I just needed quick response and same-day pickup. It needs a clean and I want a new seat but it's a really lovely bike and I'm very happy.
