    The item itself is perfect. It wasn’t particularly packaged well but it got here in one piece. The only sore spot is the delivery, which took almost 3 weeks. If the seller had said it was coming from abroad and not the UK, as it states in the advert, I may not have started to worry that it had got lost in the post and would have been more patient. Either way, I have my item, brand new, it was reasonably priced and the seller was quick to answer my query.

    According to Evri, parcel left in safe place? The safe place being dropped over a 6ft plus high gate. Driver not the brightest of sparks given the package contained an electric thermal printing unit. Can only hope that none of the internal electrical components were broken by the impact to the concrete?? You couldn’t make it up🤦 Of course the delivery driver wasn’t to know that the contents of the parcel were fragile. But then he or she didn’t have the savvy to think, could it be fragile!!

    Item received fast but the packaging wasn’t very good it was just put into a thin plastic bag with no protection so the box was received squashed and ripped the actual item was ok the seller did apologise and gave a partial refund.
