  Bag received not like pictures & fluorescent strip held on with duck tape,carry handle fastener missing ,also dirty in appearance which lowers the quality,holder for ID torn,overall I suppose the price reflects.

  It's a pity you didn't contact me on receipt of your bag but not to worry. I'll happily refund the purchase price / post you the "missing" carry handle fastener if you would like it. These bags are described as "well used" with "scuffing present"; however all working / functional components present & working correctly. I am completely mystified that you say the flouro strip is held on with duct tape though? I would hope that expectations were managed, selling a £200+ bag for £25?
