  The in car radio player arrived with broken screen and had clearly been dropped during transit. Advised the seller and provided photos of damage. Response was quite amazing. Advised me how to request ebay refund and made refund to my account without delay. So, disappointed I didn't receive the item, but very grateful to get my money back.
