Old but reliable
1 of 1 found this helpful The technology may be old - but the phone still works well as a good and practical phone. Software is now looking dated and upgrades no longer available, so finding working apps is a challenge.

Buyer beware
The product is not a direct plug in and go device. The quality is great and fits directly in place of the OEM unit, however: documentation is poor. The beams were set for non UK driving. The lever to switch to UK driving was not obvious from the diagram on the side (internet / YouTube helped). Removing the levelling motor from the OEM unit was a fiddle, as was the fit into the Depot unit. The fitted unit looks good and works well.

Blackberry Key One - nice phone
I'm old school and wanted a phone with a real keypad, not the fiddly touch screen that seems to always mis-type using my fat-fingers. The Key One fits the bill.
I've used Blackberry phones before, so the keypad is a familiar layout. The Android 7.1 operating system means that modern apps work (unlike the apps which are rather dated on the old Blackberry Torch device that I had.
So far, battery life is good, though I am not a game player or video watcher, just e-mail, internet, phone, calculations and sat-nav usage for the most part. A charge on the way to work is enough to keep the phone working for days at a time.
