Very nice
Very nice looking. But i didn't yet install it on a guitar, so I cannot give a final conclusion.

Very good instrument
I already had a Clearwater lap steel type I blonde in possession for country (C6-tuning), I bought this type II sunburst for blues (D-tuning). Most important is that the woodblock resonates and sustains very well. The improvements of type II concerns the comb and especially the replacement of the wooden bridge in metal (probably zamac). Plus clearer position markers on the fretboard. I’ve replaced the strings and tuners immediately for D-tuning with heaviers strings. My only criticism is that I would have preferred the potentiometers below instead of behind the comb.
