    The seller listed the item as new with tags. The item appears to be new and did have the tags. I was a little disappointed that it wasn't wrapped or bagged though. And the shipping box was really beat up. I'm not sure if the seller sent it that way or it was damaged by the shipping company. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I got the item I ordered in a timely manner.
