  Seller said the item was damaged. I wanted it despite the damage. Seller wouldn't provide pics of the 'damaged' item. Would not make the transaction right. I have always been offered the item by a seller if it was damaged, and if I did not want it, they would cancel and refund. Very odd transaction. You can read between the lines. I gave the Seller a chance to make it right as refunding was not what I wanted. I just wanted the damaged item.
