HIGH CAPACITY Internal Replacement Battery for Apple iPhone 4S 1430mAh + TOOLS

An effective bargain
The battery and tools were bought to replace the battery in my wife's iPhone 4s, which wouldn't hold a charge. Before ordering I looked at a couple of 'how to' videos on line, and this turned out to be essential as no instructions were included. I would say the job was fiddly rather than technically difficult, but certainly doable for the average punter. All the tools were included, and were used. The videos show a sort of shield over the antenna, and it took two attempts to place that correctly before putting all back together. This coincided with a due software update, which was done, and all was then functional. When received the battery was about 60% charged, and I left it on charge overnight to the 100%. So far - a couple of weeks - all is well, and the new battery holds the charge and the device is fully functional. I was watching the video on the iPad while completing the job. Contrary to another review, in this case the item did appear brand new as opposed to some kind of refurb. For the price I suppose the risk was not too bad. It worked out well for me, and a certain sense of pride at the achievement. We've moved from an unreliable to a reliable device, and this at a bargain price.

Quiet and effective
Having bought and returned another fan heater I’ve been very impressed with this one to date. It is significantly quieter than the previous purchase. I’d recommend it, but as other purchasers have pointed out it would benefit from a greater length of cable.
