Sonik AXS Camo Bivvy WRAP Only (DC0013)
    21 Nov, 2021
    Easy erection not long lasting
In all I’d say it’s an average product. The pegging points are great in terms of matching the bivvy pegging points making it quick and easy to put on your bivvy however on the fifth use mine has suffered a tear At the top corner points of the wrap door there are small heavy duty inserts to protect against the storm pole fixing points. One of my storm pole fixing points has ripped through the wrap. Admittedly this is just off the heavy duty insert but this shouldn’t happen. I’m looking for a place to get it repaired. It’s a low cost bivvy that is probably decent value and good quality at the price but clearly not that robust. I’m always very careful when putting the shelter up making sure it’s done properly and the right pegging points are used so I don’t feel totally responsible for the tear. Perhaps Sonik should consider larger heavy duty inserts or some form of cap to cover the screw head where the storm pole fixing points are?
