  The porous, cement items arrived stained and smudged with dark and light grease. Advised seller and was told "I'm sure any cosmetic imperfection can be easily removed." This item was intended as a gift, and I shouldn't have to "easily remove.." anything. Seller refused to refund, so I filed a claim with ebay. Very disappointed with the items AND the seller.
