Amazing book!
I would highly recommend that book! It’s not only recipes but also explanation of each country cuisine and what can be used instead as some of the ingredients may not be available in shops. I wasn’t expecting the book to be so good, but I must admit it’s one of the best cooking book I have ever had! Once again highly recommended !
