  This customer apparently didn't read the description before purchasing, it was a damaged item- that was clearly shown in the photos, and my description was very accurate. She returned the item for a refund- I was polite, she got her refund immediately, yet she insisted on leaving me unpleasant NEUTRAL feedback, even after a request for a revision. Clearly, she doesn't understand that all sellers would rather have no feedback, than receive neutral feedback, SO....sellers beware~!
