Volquartsen hammer and strut

Long sand bag
I filled with sand, WRONG! Way to heavy. Filled with kitty litter and it is much lighter.

Plastic picatinny. Aluminum screws. OK for holding a fladhlight
This is an inexpensive picatinny key mod rail where the rail is plastic and screws are aluminium. OK for a accessory like flashlight or handgrip.
