For £350 for a brand new phone that would cost thousands, I am very pleased, the seller is very kind and generous Although we did have an issue with postage, since Royal Mail screwed us over the seller was very kind swiftly took care of it. Packaging was good, it came in its box with all the manuals and everything as described. All in all, a perfect 10 in my book. I would definitely buy from this seller again. Thank you very much :)

  Advertised as brand new and sealed, came in a new sealed box, but upon turning it on, I noticed screen burn-in and also froze twice. At Apple Store, I was informed: The phone had been used before, not new and accessed the App Store 3 times. The screen was replaced previously. The warranty expired ~6 months ago. and the EID on the device does not match the box, indicating a switched phone. This is clear misrepresentation. I returned it, and eBay refunded my money.
