The first key received didn't work, but they sent me another key that did. No problems since.

It played my Blueray movie after downloading software.
Once set up, it is relatively easy to use. I uploaded "VSO Media Player" and "DVDFab Passkey" in order to play a blueray movie I bought. It never ceases to amaze me how, even after legitimately purchasing a Blueray movie, movie companies still insist on trying to extract further funds from customers by charging for decoding software. It's not entirely clear whether DVDFab Passkey, as I have it set up is on a free trial, or free to use as various options come up in a drop down each time I run it. I guess time will tell... I haven't yet written to Blueray dsik using this product.
