BRAND NEW KLIPSCH IMAGE X10 IN-EAR HEADPHONES

Unparalleled comfort, good sound - but fragile

This is my third pair of Klipsch X10s. I keep buying them for their unparalleled comfort, regardless of price range. Unfortunately, they fall apart, even if you treat them with great care. The Shure SE846 & SE535 both have even better sound and are extremely durable. They have an over-the-ear configuration, which is not as comfortable and rather inconvenient for some uses. The Sennheiser IE800 also has better sound than the X10, but the cable causes objectionable microphonic noise. On the other hand, the price of the X10 has come way down, roughly one fifth of the IE800.
