2 of 2 found this helpful I was advised to take Propolis when I was 40 because I suffered greatly with allergies and sniffles and bronchial problems. I persuaded my husband also to take them every morning. We both feel the benefit of Propolis and at nearly 69 we succumb to far few colds and infections than our peer group. Propolis keeps our immune systems in tip top condition and I would not think of giving it up - ever.
