Davina McCall My Three 30minute Workouts
4 of 4 found this helpful I bought this because I want to exercise more but I'm also a single mother and hold down a full time job. I had a go at the first one and every muscle in my body protested!! But I kept going and I must say Davina's sense of humour and her "normalness" about exercising made it really enjoyable. It's hard to get motivated by these stick-thin supermodels but Davina is believable and made me feel I could do it too.
I already feel so much better and only having to do 30 minutes means I can fit exercise into my week without too much effort. I'm really happy with it and for anyone who down't know where to start this DVD is great. You end up knackered but it's all over quickly cos it's only 30mins and you feel great afterwards. Highly recommended and you don't need any fancy clothes or equipment either. Give it a go.

Absolute, gem of a series
Excellent next instalment of this super detective series. Makes you realise you don't have to be young and fit to still be useful! I love it and will be looking for the next one shortly.

Criminal Minds Season 1
Criminal Minds is a uniquely insightful series into how profilers get into the heads of serial killers and track them down. It has very varied characters and the relationship between them develops as the series continues.
