  Item was described as “almost new, or good as new” but item had been damaged by previous owner. Seller offered to refund me, which was a good gesture, but I decided that it was easier to repair the damage myself and keep the item rather than send it back and wait for a refund… and then buy the item again and wait again for delivery. The sale price should have been lower, considering the seller must have known about the damage. Communication is good, but cant rate this as a positive experience.
