Olympus VN-4100PC
What I liked about the Olympus VN-4100PC,is that is neat and small enough to be put into a handbag, jacket pocket or briefcase. It has various folder from A to D,that you can organize your recordings. You can record up to 100 recording in each folder. Thus making it easier to find the recording your looking for. It has various recording modes XHQ,HQ,SP and LP. LP being the poorer quality sound but you have more recording time. XHQ being the best quality sound but have less recording time and so on. It has a high and low microphone sensitivity High for sound in all directions and low for for dictation. It also has a time recorder that you can programme the recorder to start recording at a certain time. You can move recorded files between folders as well. it has two small jacks one for a external microphone and the other one for earphones. which is great you can play back your recording and only you can hear them.It has three settings normal fast and slow. When playing the recording slow is good especially if you have to type what you have recorded. I do this a lot as I hate to hand write. I have recorded things that I have to do or appointments and phones numbers that I have to remember when I do not have paper and pen at hand. The only thing I did not like about the Olympus VN-4100PC, that it did not have a USB port so that your can download files for the recorder to PC. Apart from this tiny flaw I would highly recommend Olympus VN-4100PC to anyone it is reasonably priced as well especically if you are on a tight budget.

Sony Ericcson T700 Cell Phone Pink
When I received my new phone in the post. And took it out of the box I was amazed how thin and small it was. It has a great set of features. Which I was really impressed with. My favourite one was the light. You could use when taking photos, or to get your key in the door of your house. Or Send a S.O.S help message with the light. It fitted neatly into a trousers, jacket, or shirt pocket. You would hardly know it was there. The things I did not like about the Sony Ericsson T700 was that you could not search for a contact by the letters A B C etc, it uses numbers this takes a bit longer. Also I did not like the fact that you could not make the cell phone silent for a timed period Say 7 hours. You had to switch it on and off manually. On my last cell phone you could activate silent mode for 7 hours. After the 7 hours had elapsed it would go back to the pre- selected profile that you had selected e.g. Outdoors, Meeting, At Home. But apart for that I am extremely happy with it and would certainly purchase another Sony Ericsson Cell Phone.

Stylish metallic A4 folder
These are great folders lovely green metallic colour. Excellent quality, and can hold a lot of paper. I have a gold one like like these and it's now 14 years old these are stylish for home office or work office.
