Ken Burns- Lewis & Clark

I saw part of the show, when it was on TV (PBS) So I really wanted to see the whole show. I enjoy history, lessons learned, not learned, and how things could have been completely different. Ken Burns, does a great job telling the human side of the story. The people making history. 4 hrs went pretty quickly. Scenery looks great in present time.

Ken Burns- The Civil War

This is the best documentary that I have ever viewed. I do enjoy history, but Ken Burns really redefined what the documentary should be. Real, told in pictures, and in real peoples that were theres,own words. I had taped this series on VHS, back when it came on PBS years ago. I learn more each time I've seen it over the years, and now have it on DVD.
