Nice small instrument.
It's a simple gadget that measures dissolved solids in your water and also gives the temperature. It's inexpensive while providing this information.

Great product
This product helps greatly in putting the meats in the smoker and taking them out. This is the coolest barbeque, smoker, grill I have ever had. It is fun to cook with. Everyone should have this.
