Good product ...
The product was easy, self explanatory. It took 24 hours for my hedge trimmer to perform 20 minutes.
I don't know if it's the brand new battery or the brand new charger?

I love it, I will always be a return customer for this product!!!
I've been using the Swivel Sweeper for many years, it's a great product on all hard floors.
My time sweeping the house is cut in half if not more, it's very easy to use, very maneuverable in tight spaces (between the tub/toilet/sink), recharges in no time-light indicates when fully charged,
easy to remove brushes to clean and or pull hair out.
I would recommend this product "Swivel Sweeper" to my friends, family, co-workers for the simple
fact that I want them to experience how great & easy this is.

Doesn't hold a charge long.
I charged both batteries for approx 24 hours (before green light went off) and was only able to get 15-20 minutes of usage out of both fully charged batteries. I'm not satisfied or happy with the product and false advertisement & Representation of their company.
