Compact, powerful and just what needed!
I was looking for something to put in my shed/garden room over winter to keep chill and damp away as not got any insulation in there at present. I didn't want anything too high wattage as costs alot to heat and also too powerful. I Just needed something to be left on 24/7 on low to keep an ambient temperature.
I searched awhile at different options but most things were either too low wattage, like the tubular greenhouse type heaters, about 60w or too much like blow out fan heaters at 1500/2000w. I was very intrigued when found this at 450w. I thought for the price couldn't go wrong and be worth a try. Its amazing for the shed. It keeps a steady heat down there at all times even in severe frosty weather, I only have it on very low setting too. You can have choice of different settings which is good so go from on very little right through to full (about 9 notches).
The size is great for such a small space too, its light to handle (very) and is freestanding. I notice some similar on the market are to be fixed to wall only so this is very good option with feet.
I would recommend this to anyone who needs something cheap and cheerful, yet effective. Which also takes up very little space and easy to move (incredibly light but seems very well made).
I have not had my electric bill in yet so cannot gauge how much is costing me, but dont expect it to be too much and well worth it to keep my garden room aired over winter. Highly recommended.

Does the job, lights well and good value
You cant really go too far wrong with charcoal discs, although some do seem to ignite better than others. I have had some which smell abit funny but these just smell like charcoal and nothing toxic or nasty added.
There is box of 80 (8 rolls with 10 discs in each) foil wrapped for freshness. This is a good way of buying in bulk rather than single rolls of 10. I am happy with them and would buy again and recommend them.
