Good Fit But Quite Flimsy
I expected the toes to be more reinforced - this is a feature on cheaper wellies. They don't look as if they will be particularly durable. Better to find cheaper ones and renew when they wear out.
Sizing was correct for me (size 10 shoe = good fit for these in size 10).

Cheap rasps, let down by poor quality handles
The rasps themselves are ideal for rough shaping of wood or cork. They are let down by the quality of the handles, two out of the three in my order being cracked straight out of the packaging.
The handles are crucial to the ease and safety with which the files can be used. I replaced mine with proper file handles, attached with epoxy glue. if you do not do these the files are not safe to use.

A Good Practical Guide
This is one of a series of coarse fishing guides by John Wilson. Each book has a specific focus on a particular species, giving practical guidance on habitat, diet and techniques. I am no expert and I suspect these books will not change that, but at least they provide a few pointers on what I have been doing wrong.
I would recommend them.
