  I saw this product advertised as part of a "best-of" K-beauty skin care video on YouTube and wanted to give it a try. Very prompt shipping, well packaged and product exactly as described at an excellent price. It's more gentle than most exfoliants I've used in the past. Shipping cost: Looks like eBay vendors either separate out the shipping cost and offer a lower product price or else combine the two into the product price and offer "free shipping." So it's hard to comment on shipping costs.

  This seller goes above and beyond. She sent me a note before shipping, apologized that she was going to have to substitute the sample she advertised with the main item I purchased. That was no problem for me. But I was surprised a couple days after receiving my package in perfect condition that I received an envelope with additional samples. I really appreciate her thoughtfulness to go above and beyond in this way. I would definitely do repeat business with this seller!
