Great Amp/Sim
1 of 1 found this helpful OK, so I use this a little differently than it's probably going to be used by most folks, but it does a great job for what I need. I use this (going out of the headphone/line out jack) in a loop on my pedal board, switching back and forth between electric and acoustic guitar going into an acoustic guitar amp, or a powered stage monitor. Sounds like a mic'd up AC-30. I keep it set fairly clean, and run a Maxon OD808 in front of it for overdrive. I use a hybrid guitar, with the acoustic side bypassing the HOTONE, and going through it just for the electric tones. Saves me dragging two guitars and amps to a gig. Great British tone without lugging the amp around!
