Nice 'n easy but doesn't hold a charge
1 of 1 found this helpful Yes, it's easy to use, yes easy to empty but reliable? In a way it is as it functions well BUT, if using "Max" power you have approximately ten maybe 12 minutes of use and then it's done! It does take some time to charge it full. I've never timed it but I would say at least two hours. I'm not sure why there's a lower power option as it doesn't work well enough for me but if you're satisfied with the lower power button you get at least twice the time on a full charge. I did not purchase this vacuum as it was a gift but if I were to purchase this style Dyson I would go with a plug in as I do like everything else about the vacuum, lightweight and the attachments and easy to use.

Well worth the money
I needed this to interface on my laptop to send guitar bits to people. Not a glitch, easy to use and well worth every penny!
