Easy to use but not too sturdy.
Bought this to replace an identical machine. Easy to use and makes a good coffee. Few faults on the original machine - adjuster on milk frother split internally so set the internal adjuster on mid point and only changed setting if cleaning required. After about 3 years the milk frother stopped working completely and clleaning made no difference.
Despite the faults I liked the machine so replaced with identical machine and hope not to have same problems.
