Works!
Had to download a driver for Windows 10 from Logitech. Works very well.

TV Antenna Tuner
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this device for tuning my antenna in the attic using a laptop. I can turn the antenna direction to pinpoint the best signal strength. It works fine for this purpose although it does not receive weaker channels compared to my TV.
