  Thanks for your positive feedback. Just to add context, the parcel was posted special delivery before 1pm. There was no problem with the delivery service and an attempt was made to deliver during this time. Unfortunately the attempt was unsuccessful and the parcel had to be kept overnight again and attempted the next day. Which proved to be fatal in the colder conditions. This is the main reason i pay extra for next day delivery.
