  Unfortunately, the item was faulty. The seller wouldn't have known that as it was described as basically "new but opened". Dispatched the same day (at a very reasonable postage cost); when I received and tested it, a return was raised with no problems at all, and the item is currently winging its way back to the seller. So it would have been better had it have worked, but I have absolutely *no* issues with the transaction or the seller, and would use them again without question. Thanks!
