A great book with an excellent storyline that holds one's attention throughout
I enjoy all Peter Robinson audio books, but The Hanging Valley is the one I've enjoyed the most. The storyline draws one in right from the start - I couldn't put the book down. A highly recommended read.

An evergreen film that's still very enjoyable
It's old and monochrome, yet it's very watchable. Laurence Olivier's portrayal of Heathcliffe is the best I've seen - I found him mesmerising. As with all old films, there's none of the special effects we've come to expect these days, but to be honest, if this had been possible it would have spoilt the film. Nothing can compare to the book, and it does stray from the novel in parts, but nevertheless it's extremely enjoyable to watch.
