love this navel ring, adjustable!
Love this ring! Bioplast is the only thing I can wear, and it's nice to see something with variety like this cool yin-yang! I couldn't figure out why it was so long at first, then I read you are able to cut it to your length, and then simply re-thread it with the ball on the end!!

Works....but if you use it RIGHT!!

BEWARE: you cannot expect to eat fatty foods all day long and lose weight. You will have nothing but oily and loose stools ALL day long!!
If you use one pill during a meal that has higher fat content, it literally blocks SOME of the extra fat from processing into your system...therefore, less fat is absorbed to make you gain weight.
However, if you use this pill and take more than is indicated, or continue unhealthy eating habits,be prepared for oily stools and when you think you have to flatulate....you can literally "poop" your pants with oil....NOT FUN!!!

nice rack!
I love this corner shelf! Very sturdy, east to install! I used it for my bathroom, to keep extra hair products, makeup, and other miscellaneous items. I like the silver metallic colour, and it keep everything in its place! Highly recommended, great quality for the price!
