Simple Fun and Function

I bought this for my 10 year old daughter who loves fishing. It truly simplifies casting for anyone, especially easy to use. It is a light weight and not intended for heavy game fishing, but for panfish, small trout, or any fish less than 4 lbs it will perform well. Be sure that the drag is not set overly tight. It certainly is not designed to perform like an expensive reel, but for the price, the kids will have hundreds of dollars worth of fun.

Dated but working

OEM original and good value, very good price. Note however the mfg date is 2012. It works perfectly but I have to wonder how long it will last due to it's age. This could be NOS (new old stock) or, heaven forbid, pulled from a scrapped unit. Either way I'm happy that it's working and charging and the price can't be beat.
