I really appreciated the fact they were honest and shared this with me rather than potentially sending snails that weren't healthy. I ended up getting a refund but would 100% buy from this seller again. I highly recommend them!

The reason the seller pulled out of the sale was because they had an outbreak and were honest enough to tell me and not go ahead with the sale. I know plenty of sellers would have just gone ahead and sold me possibly infected plants. I'm very pleased about that because the last thing i wanted was a tank full of possibly dead fish. Unfortunately I didn't get the plants but i definitely recommend this seller through honesty.
