It's only a 3 star as it came with a dent in it. So couldn't leave any higher as the packaging wasn't great. When I contacted seller they discounted the dent which I was perfectly satisfied with because I think they were willing to take it back. Not used it yet but it's perfect size and was described correctly

Item came faster than expected, however in transit the hoover was damaged as it was not packaged very well. Contacted the seller and they were quick to give a partial refund to replace the part. Hoover was as described and came with all parts included, other than the damage from transit it was brand new with no marks. Would recommend again, great value.
